This new build hospice has been located discreetly in a location abutting residential and existing healthcare accommodation. Great care was needed to minimise the impact of construction on the sensitive adjoining activities. A low level tower crane was utilised to minimise the disruption and difficulties of constrained site access and working. Basement parking
discreetly adds to the local provision.
